If accepted, I agree to be bound by the Memorandum and Articles of Association and By-laws of the Al-Kindi Society, as they now exist or as they may from time to time hereafter be altered.
I undertake to pay such subscription as may from time to time be prescribed and confirm that I shall adhere to the terms and conditions of my membership, until I shall have duly resigned from the Al-Kindi Society in Accordance with the terms and conditions.
