Kindly note the revised programme timing. \n Programme for the day \n\n\n\n10:30 Membership Registration and networking tea/coffee\n\n\n11:00 Welcome address by the Management Committee\nSpeeches by Iraqi Community Groups and partner NGOs\n\n\n11:15 Quorum Check and formal start of AGM Business\n(For Al-Kindi members only) \n\n\n\nPresentation of the Annual report and financial statement by management committee\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDiscussion on the Al-Kindi Society’s annual report\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVote of thanks to management committee and other committees of Al-Kindi.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nElection of new management committee members\n\n\n\n\nHandover to the newly elected members\n\nEnd of the AGM Business\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n13:00 Award Ceremony and Gala LunchMembers and guests are welcome to join us in celebrating the success and achievement of our engineers and colleagues.  A 3-course lunch with a soft drinks followed by tea / coffee / baklawa. \nThe awards to be presented are: \nThe Al-Kindi Lifetime Achievement Award presented to Eng. Dawood Hasen\nfor services to the Engineering profession and to Al-Kindi Society of Engineers \nAwarding of Fellow and Honorary Fellow membership\npresented to members who have been nominated and achieved this elevated level of membership. \nThe Al-Kindi Young Innovator of the Year Award \nThe Najah Women in STEM Award\n\n\n\nMembers are strongly encouraged to attend and help shape the Al-Kindi Society’s future direction.
