Al-Kindi Society of Engineers is holding its twenty-seventh annual general meeting on Saturday, the 4th of September 2021 and invites its distinguished members to attend and help shape the society’s future. Your support and attendance are vital to ensuring that Al-Kindi Society of Engineers continues to deliver and improve on its services to members and the community at large.

This year the AGM will be held as a virtual meeting on the Zoom platform similar to the 2020 AGM.

The programme for the AGM is as follows:

  1. Formal start of AGM Business and Welcome of members by Dr Ali AlBadri (Chair)
  2. Review of the AGM 2020 Minutes (https://www.alkindisociety.org/storage/Minutes-of-Meeting-AGM-2020.pdf)
  3. Presentation of the summary of activities and management report for the period June 2020 to August 2021 (To be presented during the Meeting)
  4. Presentation of the Financial Report for year ending 31 December 2020 (https://www.alkindisociety.org/storage/draft-companies-house-2020-12-31.pdf )
  5. Presentation of the results of members vote for AGM 2021 resolutions
  6. Open forum and receiving members feedback
  7. End of formal AGM Business

Members unable to attend can cast their votes via the form below or nominate the chair of the AGM or another member to act on their proxy instructions.
